Jobs closed out in the field with no invoice behind them, and subcontractor lines invoiced against work orders that have no completion record. This is the one that usually pays for the engagement by itself.
Visits with no proof they happened
No photo, no signature, no timestamp on site. Fine until a customer says nobody came out, or until an auditor asks. We show you which jobs would not survive being questioned.
Certificates and reports missing a required field
A reading that was never taken, a part number left blank, an asset that was serviced but never linked to the record. Each one is a rejected claim or a failed audit waiting for a date.
