These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fieldproxy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the fieldproxy.ai website, mobile applications, and the Fieldproxy field service management platform (collectively, the "Services").

2. Description of Services
Fieldproxy provides an AI-powered field service management platform that includes work order management, dispatching and scheduling, customer communications, invoicing, and related tools designed to help businesses manage their field service operations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDPROXY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fieldproxy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
