ServiceTitan and AI assistants

Does ServiceTitan have an MCP server for ChatGPT or Claude?

As of October 2026 we found no official ServiceTitan MCP server or ChatGPT or Claude connector; ServiceTitan's own AI, Atlas, works inside ServiceTitan. Teams connect today through community-built MCP servers or Zapier's MCP on top of ServiceTitan's API, which has access rules worth checking first. Fieldproxy is an AI-native field service platform with an official MCP server that lets ChatGPT and Claude read your data and change the app, with a confirm step before anything is saved.

We read your website first, so your plan starts as a draft. Then you pick a time.

ServiceTitan's in-app AI is real. This page is about using your data from ChatGPT or Claude, which is a different question.

The API rules

What ServiceTitan's API rules mean for an MCP server

Any ChatGPT or Claude connection to ServiceTitan goes through its API, and ServiceTitan controls who can use it. Its help center says customers on The Works or Enterprise Plus package can create customer-built apps, and third-party apps go through ServiceTitan's review.

The same page says tunneling apps are prohibited and ServiceTitan does not allow third parties to use your App Key. Before you hand API credentials to a hosted MCP service, check with ServiceTitan that the setup is allowed.
