Pricing, answered
Which field service software has transparent pricing for small businesses?
Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceM8 and Fieldwork publish their prices; ServiceTitan, Workiz and FieldPulse ask you to request a quote. Published prices are a starting point, so compare the cost of extra users, add-ons and payment processing at your real team size. Fieldproxy, an AI-native platform for 5 to 50 person teams, publishes how it prices (per organization, unlimited users) and quotes the number after mapping your workflow.

Tell us how you run today: a short chat, by typing or talking, and you can attach job sheets or spreadsheets. We write it up as your demo plan and build the demo on it.
We are honest about our own pricing here too: we publish the model, not a price list.

Costs to check before you sign
A published price is honest, but it is rarely the whole bill. Ask every vendor, including us, about these.
Extra users
Many plans include a set number of users and charge for each one after that. Price it at the team you will have in a year, not today.
Features on a higher tier
Automations, job costing, custom reports or two-way SMS often sit on a higher plan. Check which tier has the features you actually use.
Add-ons
Marketing tools, AI receptionists and phone systems are often sold separately. Add them to the comparison.
Payment processing
Card and bank payment fees are charged on every invoice paid online, so they grow with revenue.
Billing terms
The lowest headline price is often the annual or commitment price. Compare like with like.
Setup and data migration
Ask who moves your data and what it costs. With Fieldproxy, moving your data over is part of setup.
Why we price this way
Why Fieldproxy quotes instead of listing a price
Fieldproxy is set up to each business: your stages, forms, checklists, automations and AI agents. Two 20 person teams can need very different setups, so a single list price would be wrong for one of them.
What we do publish: pricing is per organization with unlimited users, so hiring a technician does not raise the bill, and the plans are explained on the pricing page. You see the number after we have mapped your workflow, before you commit to anything.
How switching works
How switching to Fieldproxy works
We move your data over and set the system up to the way you already work. Fieldproxy replaces the old tool; it does not run alongside it.
- 1
Show us how you work
Walk us through a normal job, from the first call to the paid invoice. Bring the forms, price list and spreadsheets you actually use. - 2
We build the demo on your workflow
Before you commit, we set up your stages, job forms, checklists and statuses, so the demo shows your business instead of a template. - 3
We move your data over
Customers, sites, equipment, open jobs, recurring contracts and price lists come across from your spreadsheets and exports. Nobody re-keys them. - 4
Your team goes live
Technicians get the Android or iOS app, the office gets the dispatch board, and the old tool is switched off. Fieldproxy replaces it rather than syncing with it.
FAQ
Questions people ask
- Which field service software shows prices on its website?
- As of October 2026, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceM8 and Fieldwork publish prices on their own pricing pages. ServiceTitan, Workiz and FieldPulse ask you to request a quote.
- How much does field service software cost for a small business?
- Published plans start from around $29 to $79 a month for one user or a low job volume, and rise with users, features and add-ons. A 10 person team should compare the price at 10 users plus the add-ons it needs.
- Why do some field service companies hide their pricing?
- Usually because the price depends on team size, modules and implementation work. That is not always bad, but ask for the full quote in writing, including setup, add-ons and renewal terms.
- Does Fieldproxy charge per user?
- No. Fieldproxy is priced per organization with unlimited users. The pricing page explains the plans, and the price is quoted after we map your workflow.
- Is there a free plan?
- ServiceM8 lists a free plan for one user and a small number of jobs. Jobber and Housecall Pro offer 14 day free trials. Fieldproxy builds a demo on your workflow before you commit.
