Jobber pricing: what each plan costs and includes
Jobber has four plans, Core, Connect, Grow and Plus, priced by team size and billing option: Core starts at $29 a month billed annually ($49 with no commitment) for one person, and a 6-10 person team pays from $229 a month on Connect billed annually to $599 a month on Plus with no commitment. Each card also says extra users are $29 a month each, and add-ons like Marketing Suite are extra below Plus. Fieldproxy is an AI-native alternative for 5 to 50 person teams that outgrow Jobber's fixed workflow, priced per organization with unlimited users.

Where teams outgrow it
When a growing team outgrows Jobber
For a one to five person residential crew, Jobber is good value and quick to start. The pressure points show up as the team grows. Price rises with team size, and features many growing teams want, such as job costing, two-way SMS and custom automations, sit on Grow, while custom reports sit on Plus.
The bigger limit is shape. Jobber works the way Jobber's job, visit and invoice model works. Teams with maintenance contracts, commercial customers, inspection checklists or several job types often end up keeping a spreadsheet beside it.
Fieldproxy is built for that stage. Your stages, forms, checklists and statuses are set up to how you work, it is priced per organization with unlimited users, and its MCP server lets ChatGPT and Claude make changes to jobs and the app itself, with a confirm step. We move your Jobber data over as part of setup; we do not sync with Jobber.
How switching works
Moving from Jobber to Fieldproxy
We move your data over and set the system up to the way you already work. Fieldproxy replaces the old tool; it does not run alongside it.
- 1
Show us how you work
Walk us through a normal job, from the first call to the paid invoice. Bring the forms, price list and spreadsheets you actually use. - 2
We build the demo on your workflow
Before you commit, we set up your stages, job forms, checklists and statuses, so the demo shows your business instead of a template. - 3
We move your data over
Customers, sites, equipment, open jobs, recurring contracts and price lists come across from Jobber exports. Nobody re-keys them. - 4
Your team goes live
Technicians get the Android or iOS app, the office gets the dispatch board, and the old tool is switched off. Fieldproxy replaces it rather than syncing with it.
