AI agents

Priced in steps of 100 jobs, so the price rises gradually as you grow. Unlimited workflow changes, usually live the same day. A job is a work order with a visit scheduled that month. AI features like summaries and Command Center are included. Pay yearly and save 25%, or pay monthly, with one fixed setup fee.

How is Fieldproxy priced?+
Your price is built from three things. A plan sized by how many jobs you run each month, priced in steps of 100 jobs so the price rises gradually as you grow (Essentials up to 200, Growth 300 to 500, Scale 600 to 1,000, Custom above that). Integrations: Essentials includes up to 1 integration, Growth up to 3, Scale up to 5; beyond that, each extra one is one standard price. And the custom AI agents you want working for you 24/7, priced per agent. Plus a fixed one-time setup fee for your plan.
What counts as a job?+
A job is one work order at one customer location that has at least one visit scheduled in that calendar month. For project work, such as installs and fit-outs, each crew-day on site counts as one job. A 4-day install with one crew is 4 jobs; a 2-day install with two crews is also 4. Counts: each new work order scheduled that month, and each visit of a recurring service. Does not count: extra visits or days on the same service work order, quotes and leads that are never scheduled, jobs cancelled before dispatch, and tasks or forms inside a job.
Do all plans have unlimited users?+
Yes. Every plan has unlimited users: the office, every technician and your subcontractors. Plans differ by job volume and how many integrations are included.
What happens if we run more jobs than our plan?+
Nothing breaks and there are no per-job surcharges. You are billed on the step of 100 jobs you pick; if you go over it two months in a row, you move up one step. Because steps are 100 jobs, the price rises gradually, not in big jumps.
Is there a setup fee?+
Yes, a fixed one-time fee for your plan, never billed by the hour. It covers configuring your workflows, importing your customers, sites, assets and price list, connecting the integrations your plan includes, setting up the web portal and technician app, training and go-live support. Each extra integration and each AI agent has its own one-time setup on top.
How are integrations priced?+
Essentials includes up to 1 integration, Growth up to 3 and Scale up to 5, connected during setup. Any system counts: QuickBooks or Xero, your HR system, a CRM, an ERP or your own internal system. Beyond what your plan includes, every extra integration is the same price: one standard monthly fee and one standard setup fee. One connected outside system is one integration, and two-way sync is still one.
What is the difference between included AI and AI agents?+
Included AI makes your team faster: Command Center, summaries, drafting, document reading, smart search and AI buttons on your screens. Your staff start it, and it comes with every plan. AI agents do work your team doesn't have to. Each one is built around your workflow, starts on its own (a call comes in, a job finishes, an invoice goes overdue), works 24/7 and talks to your customers and technicians by phone, text and email. Examples: an after-hours receptionist, a dispatcher, an invoice chaser. A simple test: if someone on your team clicks it, it is included. If it does a job while you are asleep, it is an agent.
What counts as one AI agent?+
One agent is one role you would otherwise hire for, such as a receptionist, dispatcher or invoice chaser. Within that role it does every task, on phone, text and email, and handles any number of conversations at the same time, 24 hours a day. A different role is a different agent. Example: a receptionist that answers calls, books jobs and texts confirmations is one agent. Asking it to also chase overdue invoices adds a second agent, because that is a second role.
How are AI agents priced?+
One price per agent per month, whatever the agent does, plus a one-time build. Each agent adds AI credits that grow with your job volume (1 per job on your step, at least 300). Every Monday you get a report of the work each agent did: calls answered, jobs booked, invoices chased, and what it handed to your team. If you later change what an agent does, that is a change request, not a new agent.
What are AI credits?+
AI credits are how AI usage is measured, on one meter for everything. A minute of an AI phone call uses 0.35 credits, a text message 0.15, an email or automation run 0.001, and an AI action such as a question or summary about 0.004. Every plan includes 1 credit per job on your step, and each AI agent adds 1 per job (at least 300). Credits are pooled for the whole company. We set a monthly credit limit with you, so AI usage can't run past what you agreed, and extra credits are only added when you ask.
How are plans billed?+
You can pay yearly or monthly. Paying yearly saves 25% on the plan, integrations and AI agents. One-time setup fees and extra AI credits are the same either way.
Can I use Fieldproxy from ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot?+
Yes, on every plan. Fieldproxy's official MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams (through Copilot Studio), GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Codex to your workspace. Access follows each person's role and can be limited by table, row and column. API access and the MCP server are included on every plan; the developer docs are at fieldproxy.ai/developers.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. From day one there are upfront costs, including the AI infrastructure we use to configure your system.
