Can I email my customers from my field service software?
Yes. Fieldproxy has email campaigns built in: build a list or a segment from your own customer, job, equipment and agreement data, draft the email, and send it from your own mailbox once it is connected.
How do segments work?
A segment is a set of rules, such as equipment type, date of last visit or care-plan status. The number of matching customers updates live as you add or change rules, and customers who unsubscribed are always left out.
Does AI write the emails?
Command Center drafts subject lines and email copy for the segment and offer you describe. The draft is yours to edit, and nothing is sent until a person sends it.
How do I know if a campaign worked?
Give the campaign a promo code. Jobs booked with that code are tied back to the campaign, so you see the booked jobs and the revenue each campaign brought in.
Is there an unsubscribe link?
Yes. Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes is excluded from future campaigns.
