Voice Note → Job Report

Hit record and talk through the job like you'd tell your office manager. Add photos. Get a structured completion report — work performed, materials, follow-ups — ready to file.

— optional; puts your company name, logo, and local pricing on the result

How it works

1

Hit record and talk through the job — like you'd tell the office. Or paste notes.

2

Add job photos; they become documented observations in the report.

3

Get a structured report: work performed, materials, time, follow-ups, customer summary.

You just trialed the ai_transcribe + ai_report widget

One run here. Every job, inside Fieldproxy.

Here, you recorded one note and copied the result. Inside Fieldproxy, the tech talks to the app on site — and everything files itself.

  1. 1

Tech closes out from their phone: taps the mic on the job screen and talks. ai_voice_command already knows which job, which customer, which equipment.

  2. 2

The report writes itself onto the ticket — work performed, time, issues — structured exactly like what you just saw.

  3. 3

Materials mentioned in the voice note get logged against inventory. Hours land on the timesheet.

  4. 4

Job status updates and the customer-facing summary goes out — automatically.

  5. 5

That's every job, every tech, every day. The evening paperwork pile stops existing.

ai_transcribe + ai_report

See it embedded in your own workflow.

This page runs the widget once, on what you typed. The product runs it on every job, wired to your customers, price book, and techs — the result files itself and the next step kicks off automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to type anything?

No — hit the mic and talk. The AI transcribes your voice note and structures it. You can also paste typed notes or combine both.

My techs don't speak English on the job — does that work?

Yes. Talk in Spanish, Hindi, Polish, Portuguese — the transcription handles it and the report comes out in professional English, with part names and model numbers kept exactly as spoken.

Will it make things up?

It's instructed to only report what you said or what's visible in photos. Quantities and part names are kept exactly as you stated them; unclear audio is marked [unclear] rather than guessed.

Is this the same AI as in Fieldproxy?

Same capability. Inside Fieldproxy, techs do this from their phone at the job site — the ai_voice_command widget can even update the job, log materials, and complete tickets from the same voice note.
